Shipping time frame
All in-stock items will ship within 3 business days of purchase and ship from California. For out of stock items, you will receive exchange email. If you purchase an item with SPECIAL ORDER in the title, it means the item will ship within 10 business days. If you purchase an item with BACK ORDER in the title, it means the item will be shipped when it back in stock, mostly in 4-8 weeks. Orders with multiple items may be held if one or more item is backorder.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on US Holidays.
Free & Expedited shipping
Ring Shark offers free shipping to the continental US via UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx, estimated arrival in 1-5 business days(exclude weekends and holidays).
Expedited shipping in continental US will charge extra 100USD estimated arrival 1-2 business days.
We don't ship to PO Box
International shipping
International orders and orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US islands will be charged 100USD- 200USD for shipping(duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included). The buyer is responsible for these duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please patiently wait UPS scan the package and update tracking.
