Cancellation
Once the order has been picked up via shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled (tracking information may be subject to scanning delays).
Return & Exchange
All returns & exchanges must be approved in advance by Ring Shark. Please reach out to info@ringsharkpipes.com. Return address will be given via email when the returns & exchanges are approved.
You may return/exchange any items within 30 days of it being delivered to you for a full refund (excluding shipping and insurance), hassle free as long as items are complete and in new, unused, and undamaged condition with original packaging. You are responsible for all costs to ship items back to Ring Shark. Exchanges will be re-issued upon receipt and inspection of the product for good condition. Refunds will be initiated after we inspect the items in good condition, which will be returned to the original account in a week.
If items received from order were incorrect or defective, please contact customer service for shipping label. If items returned are used or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
